Payment Policy
- Deposit: 20-30% of total cost to confirm booking.
- Balance: Full payment required 30-45 days before service start date. Client bears all bank transfer charges.
Cancellation by Client
- 45 days before arrival: Loss of deposit (30%).
- 44-0 days before arrival: 100% of total cost.
Changes by Us/Client
- By Us: Itinerary changes only for unavoidable circumstances; provide comparable alternatives.
- By Client: Changes requested after finalization subject to availability and possible charges.
Client Responsibilities
- Possess valid passport (6+ months validity) and required visas.
- Obtain recommended inoculations/medical advice.
- Hold comprehensive travel insurance, stated before travel commencement.
- Provide accurate personal information and check travel documents carefully upon receipt.
